Ownership
To
verify and update customer ownership information records in accordance with the
PTA directive.
- Customers are being advised to call PTCL helpline
1236 and have their Vfone ownership details updated immediately.
- An out bound call center has also been setup which is
placing calls to those Vfone customers where ownership records are
incomplete. The customer receives a call from CLI 1236 hence
authenticating that the call is being made from PTCL representatives.
Vfone
customers will call customers services helpline 1236 where call agents will
request the customer to verify the ownership information and update incase its
incomplete.
